Creating an account

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• One person or business should not maintain multiple accounts to manipulate reviews or leads.

Customer accounts

Homeowner accounts may be used to search for professionals, post job requests, receive quotes, leave reviews, and manage bookings. You agree to provide truthful job descriptions and communicate respectfully with professionals.

Professional accounts

If you register as a professional, you also agree to our Listing Submission Terms. You confirm that you are authorised to represent the business on your listing and that you will keep your profile accurate and up to date.

Acceptable use

• Do not impersonate another person or business.
• Do not use the platform to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Do not share contact details in public areas to circumvent our messaging or lead system.

Closing your account

You may request account closure by contacting hello@nh2.fosker.co.za. We may retain certain records as described in our Privacy Policy.
