Listing requirements

• Provide accurate business name, trade, contact details, and service areas.
• Upload only photos you own or have permission to use.
• Do not misrepresent qualifications, insurance, reviews, or experience.
• Keep your listing current, including availability and areas covered.

Verification

We may request identity, qualification, insurance, or reference checks before or after your listing goes live. Failure to complete verification may result in suspension. Verification badges indicate checks completed at the time of review and do not guarantee future performance.

Membership and leads

Access to leads and certain features requires an active membership plan. Fees, renewal dates, and plan features are shown at checkout and on the Join as a Pro page. Lead notifications are matched by trade and location — we do not guarantee a minimum number of leads.

You must respond to leads professionally and promptly. Repeated poor conduct, customer complaints, or attempts to bypass the platform may result in account restrictions.

Reviews and reputation

Reviews are submitted by customers based on genuine experience. You must not offer incentives for positive reviews, post fake reviews, or pressure customers to change feedback. We may investigate suspicious review activity.

Suspension and removal

We may edit, hide, or remove listings that breach these terms, our Terms of Service, or applicable law. Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent removal from the platform without refund of unused membership time, except where required by law.
